The Paris conservatoire (CRR)
Hugues Leclère teaches piano at the Regional Conservatoire in Paris. With an educational team of 240 teachers, complete and many degrees courses, the Paris Conservatoire welcomes nearly 2000 students each year. Situated 14 rue de Madrid (Paris 8th), the Conservatoire is in the very heart of the great stringed-instrument makers and music shops area. Intented for the improvement of young musicians on the way to professionnalisation, it offers also the best french adjusted schedule classes to children and teenagers with early and extraordinary musical abilities. The Conservatoire is managed by Xavier Delette since 2005.
PSPBB
Created in 2007, the PSPBB (Pôle Supérieur de Paris - Boulougne Billancourt) delivers the DNSPM, degree of music performer (European L level), in connection with Paris-Sorbonne University. The graduate programme offers students to reinforce their training with a general content, in order to clarify and support their professional project. Avoiding a too early specialization and maintaining a high level of technic requirement according to each student's profile, this training aims at favorizing a direct integration into the workplace or an orientation toward a specialization. Hugues Leclère is a piano teacher at the PSPBB since its creation.

Music masterclasses
European Music Masterclasses of Nancy
Hugues Leclère created these masterclasses in 1990. It offers two intensive sessions on summer and is at present among the more renowned musical training courses in Europe. More than 4500 instrumentalists and singers already took part of it and many professionals come to improve their teaching methods with a great artistic team. The masterclasses usually take place from July 15th to August 8th.

Les Académies Internationales d'Eté de Paris (AIEP)
Created in 2008, the AIEP quickly developped and welcome now nearly 200 trainees each year. The masterclasses take place in the heart of Paris usually from August 27th to September 5th, before the start of the school year in the conservatoires. The AIEP offer intensive instrumental lessons and several options, with a main line toward the preparation to the best european conservatories' entrance competitions.
Académies Internationales de Pâques à Paris (AIPP)
Created in 2011, the AIPP prosose 8 days of intensive courses from April 15th to 22d, right in the middle of Paris.
Professionnal training
Hugues Leclère developped a methodological and theoric approach of teaching which can help the teachers in initial or continuing education. He developped individualized modules to prepare examinations and offical educational competitions (DE, CA, CNFPT and entrance in the leadind to qualification courses of the CEFEDM and CNSM)
FOREMI
Hugues Leclère is the educational manager of the e-learning platform FOREMI, which is a training programme meant for instrumental practice teachers of the territorial civil service (piano and violin).
This programme has a double originality. Distributed almost exclusively on the web, the electronic format allows the participants to follow the training wherever they are, since any computer online. Moreover, it offers concrete and successful contents in some key sectors of the education, in particular methodology of the instrument or analysis concentrated on teaching.
Successfully tested out since 2008 within the framework of the European programme Leonardo da Vinci, FOREMI transposes, in the very particular sector of instrument teaching, some e-learning techniques, whose efficiency has been proved for many years in scientific disciplines like mathematics or medicine.

The European Music Masterclasses of Nancy's preparation to competitions
Within the framework of the European Music Masterclasses of Nancy, Hugues Leclère leads every year a training session of 10 days. It tackles the main aspects of examinations and educational competitions, in particular the interview, the educational project and the analysis of some situation scenari. For that, Hugues Leclère surrounds himself with several speakers.
